Therefore, this article is all about homemade flashlights with a bottle. If you want to make contact with me by this method, follow the guide step by step.
Things you’ll need are:
- Empty plastic bottles of dew.
- Some LED Lights.
- Empty deodorant bottle.
- Got glue.
How to make a homemade flashlight
First of all, you have to cut out the head of your deodorant bottle. Then, you gotta use the sandpaper to smoothen the sharp edges of your cane.
Once your deodorant cane becomes smooth, take the plastic bottle and cut out the headpiece of your bottle with any cutter you have.
Be careful. In the same process, trim the sharp edges with sandpaper or a knife to make them smooth. Make sure you give a round cut to the head of your bottle.
After that, you gotta remove the cap of that plastic bottle and drill four holes into the cap of your bottle so that the LED lights can fit properly.
Once you’re done making holes, place the LED lights inside all the holes and glue them properly so that they may be secure and stiffened.
In addition, make sure that all the smaller ends of your LED lights are facing the center of the cap. Once they are placed, join all the ends of your LEDs together and twist them around.
One thing to keep in mind is that your negative leads may not touch. But in case you have any doubt after twisting the negative ends of the LEDs, apply some hot glue on the ends and push them.
After you’re done with your LEDs, place your cap back to the neck of the bottle that you cut out. And test whether your lights are working or not.
Now take the deodorant cane and drill a hole in the center to fix the switch button. Now you gotta connect the batteries, LED lights, and switch sort, and fix them into the deodorant cane which is no longer a deodorant cane but about to be a flashlight.
Once you’re done arranging and fixing all the things into the came, fix the bottle head on the came with a tape, and fix the switch with hot glue. And you’re done. That’s literally all you gotta do. Just check your flashlight after you’re done.
